Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida: Why Homeowners Call Us

Mid Florida sits in the middle of the state's most active storm corridor, and roofs here take a beating that roofs in drier parts of the country never see. We have been doing Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida since 1997, which means we have climbed roofs after hurricanes, after tropical storms, and after the ordinary summer thunderstorms that drop two inches of rain in an hour. The leaks we find most often start at roof flashing, pipe boots, and valley intersections where shingles have aged out under constant UV exposure. We carry GAF and Owens Corning shingles, Henry roof cement, and Geocel sealant on every truck so we can make a permanent repair instead of a temporary patch. If you have a ceiling stain spreading after a storm, we can tarp the roof the same day and come back to do the full repair once the weather clears.

Mid Florida is a small community surrounded by larger metros, and a lot of the housing stock here is older, with shingle roofs that have been through multiple storm seasons. That means pipe boot leaks, flashing failure, and underlayment breakdown are common calls for us. We serve this area because the demand is real and because homeowners here need a roofer who will actually show up after a storm, not one who is booked out three weeks. We keep crews positioned to reach Mid Florida quickly, whether the call comes from a homeowner with water dripping into a hallway or a property manager with a flat roof ponding after a downpour.

For homes

Residential Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Most of the calls we get in Mid Florida are from homeowners with a leak they cannot figure out. The ceiling stain is in one place, but the actual leak is somewhere else. That is the nature of roof leaks, and it is why we inspect the whole roof instead of just the spot above the stain. The homes here range from older shingle roofs near downtown to newer construction on the edges, and each type has its own common leak patterns. We handle all of them, from a single pipe boot replacement to a full underlayment repair. If you are not sure what is causing the water, call us and we will find it.

Pipe boot replacement

Cracked pipe boots are the most common leak source we find on Mid Florida homes. The rubber collar around the plumbing vent pipe dries out and cracks, and water runs straight down the pipe. We replace the boot with a new EPDM rubber one and seal it properly. Most replacements take under two hours.

Flashing repair and replacement

Flashing around chimneys, walls, and valleys is a frequent leak point in Mid Florida. We remove the old flashing, check the underlayment underneath, and install new metal flashing sealed with a UV-rated product. This is a permanent fix, not a caulk-and-hope patch.

Underlayment repair

If your shingles look fine but you still have a leak, the underlayment underneath may have failed. We remove the shingles in the affected area, replace the underlayment, and reinstall the shingles. It is more work than a patch, but it fixes the leak instead of chasing it.

Emergency tarping and storm damage repair

When a storm tears up your roof, we tarp it the same day to stop the water. Then we come back and do the permanent repair, whether that is missing shingles, damaged flashing, or a full section of underlayment. We document the damage for your insurance claim.

  • We find the actual leak source with a moisture meter and inspection camera, not a guess based on the ceiling stain.
  • We use GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed materials that hold up to Florida heat and rain.
  • We clean up every nail and scrap before we leave, and we back our repairs with a workmanship warranty.

For businesses

Commercial Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Commercial roofs in Mid Florida have different problems than residential roofs. Flat and low-slope roofs on retail buildings, warehouses, and offices leak at seams, drains, and penetrations. The leaks are often harder to find because the water travels along the membrane before it drips inside. We handle commercial flat roof leak repair on EPDM and TPO membrane roofs, and we work around your business hours so we do not disrupt your operation. If you have a leak that is damaging inventory or equipment, call us and we will prioritize it.

  • Retail stores
  • Warehouses
  • Restaurants
  • Office buildings
  • Property management
Minimal business disruption

We schedule commercial repairs around your operating hours. If you need us to work early morning or after close, we can do that. The goal is to fix the leak without shutting down your business or disrupting your customers.

Flat roof membrane expertise

EPDM and TPO membrane repairs require different materials and techniques than shingle work. We carry butyl tape, flashing tape, and the right seam sealants for each membrane type. We repair the seam properly instead of slapping caulk on it.

Documentation for insurance claims

Storm damage on a commercial roof often means an insurance claim. We document the damage with photos and a written report so you have what you need to file. We can also work directly with your adjuster if needed.

Preventive maintenance programs

We offer scheduled roof inspections for commercial properties in Mid Florida. Catching a small seam failure before it becomes a major leak saves you money on repairs and prevents damage to your inventory and equipment.

Emergency Roof Leak Repair 01
Emergency Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Emergency Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

When a storm rolls through Mid Florida, emergency roof leak repair becomes urgent. Weatherproof Roofing Inc responds fast to active leaks in Lakeland, Plant City, and Winter Haven, where afternoon thunderstorms and hurricane season push water through aging shingles and flashing. We secure the source, prevent further interior damage, and restore your roof quickly so your home or business stays protected.

Rapid Storm Response Times

Mid Florida's summer storms can turn a small leak into a soaked ceiling within hours. Our crews stage equipment across Polk County so we reach Lakeland, Auburndale, and Haines City fast. We tarp, seal, and stabilize the leak before the next downpour, then schedule permanent repairs.

Common Leak Sources

Most emergency calls in Mid Florida trace to lifted shingles, failed pipe boots, and worn flashing around chimneys. Homes near Winter Haven's chain of lakes face extra wind-driven rain. We diagnose the exact entry point instead of guessing, then stop the water at its source.

Protecting Your Interior

A roof leak in Mid Florida can ruin drywall, insulation, and flooring fast. We document damage, isolate the leak, and coordinate with your insurance adjuster. Our goal is to limit interior loss while we complete lasting repairs that hold through the next storm season.

  • 24/7 emergency dispatch across Lakeland, Plant City, and Winter Haven
  • Same-day tarping and temporary sealing for active leaks
  • Moisture mapping to trace hidden water paths in ceilings
  • Insurance-ready photo documentation for every emergency repair

Roof Flashing Repair 02
Roof Flashing Repair in Mid Florida

Roof Flashing Repair in Mid Florida

Roof flashing repair in Mid Florida targets the metal seals that keep water out of valleys, walls, and vents. In Polk County's humid climate, flashing corrodes and lifts faster than in drier regions. Weatherproof Roofing Inc reseals and replaces failed flashing on homes from Bartow to Davenport, stopping stubborn leaks that shingle repairs alone cannot fix.

Valley and Wall Flashing

Where two roof planes meet, valley flashing channels heavy Mid Florida rain. We reset lifted metal, replace rusted sections, and seal edges with compatible caulk. Homes in older Lakeland neighborhoods often need full valley replacement after decades of storm exposure.

Chimney and Vent Seals

Chimney and vent flashing fails first on many Mid Florida roofs. We remove deteriorated counterflashing, install new step flashing, and seal penetrations with UV-resistant materials. This prevents water from sneaking behind siding in Winter Haven and Auburndale homes.

Corrosion and Wind Damage

Salt air near the coast and seasonal hurricanes accelerate flashing corrosion across Mid Florida. We inspect fasteners, reseal lifted edges, and replace galvanized metal with longer-lasting materials. Regular flashing checks after storm season keep small gaps from becoming expensive interior leaks.

  • Full flashing inspection on valleys, walls, chimneys, and vents
  • Replacement of rusted step and counterflashing with new metal
  • UV-resistant sealants rated for Florida heat and humidity
  • Post-storm flashing checks for homes in Polk County

Pipe Boot Repair 03
Pipe Boot Repair in Mid Florida

Pipe Boot Repair in Mid Florida

Pipe boot repair in Mid Florida fixes the rubber collars around plumbing vents that crack under intense sun. Weatherproof Roofing Inc replaces brittle boots on roofs in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Haines City before they split and let water into attics. It is one of the most common and preventable leak sources we see across Polk County.

Why Boots Fail Here

Mid Florida's UV index destroys rubber pipe boots in five to seven years. Once the collar cracks, rain runs straight down the vent pipe into your ceiling. We replace failed boots with UV-stable replacements built for Florida's climate.

Correct Sizing Matters

A loose or undersized boot lets water bypass the seal even when new. We match each boot to the exact pipe diameter, set it flush on the deck, and seal the base. This precision prevents recurring leaks in Davenport and Bartow homes.

Preventive Replacement

Rather than wait for stains on the ceiling, we replace aging pipe boots during routine roof checks. Catching cracked collars early saves Mid Florida homeowners from drywall repairs and mold. We flag every suspect boot and replace them in one visit.

  • Replacement of cracked rubber pipe boots with UV-stable collars
  • Exact sizing to match plumbing vent pipe diameters
  • Sealed boot bases to prevent water bypass at the deck
  • Multi-boot replacement during single service visits

Flat Roof Leak Repair 04
Flat Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Flat Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Flat roof leak repair in Mid Florida addresses ponding water and seam failures common on commercial and modern residential roofs. Weatherproof Roofing Inc services TPO, modified bitumen, and built-up systems across Lakeland, Plant City, and Winter Haven. Our crews find low spots, reseal seams, and restore drainage so flat roofs shed water through Florida's heavy rain.

Ponding Water Solutions

Mid Florida's downpours expose low spots that hold water for days. We identify ponding areas, improve drainage, and reinforce membrane at the edges. Standing water is the leading cause of flat roof leaks we repair in Polk County.

Seam and Membrane Repair

Heat and humidity separate seams on TPO and modified bitumen roofs. We clean, prime, and reseal open laps, then patch punctures and blisters. This restores the waterproof layer without a full tear-off on most Mid Florida buildings.

Drain and Scupper Clearing

Clogged drains back water onto flat roofs during summer storms. We clear scuppers, test flow, and add strainers to keep debris out. Proper drainage protects membrane and prevents the interior leaks that plague Winter Haven commercial properties.

  • TPO, modified bitumen, and built-up roof leak diagnosis
  • Seam resealing and membrane patching for ponding areas
  • Drain and scupper clearing with flow testing
  • Drainage improvements to eliminate standing water

Missing Shingle Roof Repair 05
Missing Shingle Roof Repair in Mid Florida

Missing Shingle Roof Repair in Mid Florida

Missing shingle roof repair in Mid Florida restores protection after high winds strip tabs from asphalt roofs. Weatherproof Roofing Inc replaces blown-off shingles in Lakeland, Auburndale, and Haines City, matching color and profile to your existing roof. Fast repair prevents the underlayment from baking in the sun and leaking during the next storm.

Wind Damage Assessment

After a Mid Florida storm, we inspect ridges, hips, and field shingles for creases and missing tabs. Wind-lifted shingles often look intact but are already broken. We document every damaged area for insurance and replace what cannot be resealed.

Color and Profile Matching

Finding discontinued shingles is a common Mid Florida problem. We source close matches or blend replacements from less visible roof areas. This keeps your roof uniform while restoring full weather protection across Polk County homes.

Preventing Underlayment Damage

Exposed underlayment degrades quickly under Florida sun. When shingles go missing, we act fast to cover and replace them before the deck absorbs moisture. Prompt repair avoids the rot and ceiling stains that follow delayed fixes.

  • Replacement of wind-blown shingles with matched profiles
  • Ridge and hip cap repair after Florida storm events
  • Underlayment protection before sun damage sets in
  • Insurance documentation for storm-related shingle loss

Tile Roof Leak Repair 06
Tile Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Tile Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Tile roof leak repair in Mid Florida requires careful work because cracked tiles and failed underlayment let water travel far from the visible break. Weatherproof Roofing Inc repairs clay and concrete tile roofs in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Bartow, replacing broken pieces and restoring the underlayment that actually keeps water out.

Cracked and Slipped Tiles

Mid Florida hail and foot traffic crack brittle tiles that then slide out of place. We replace broken tiles, reset slipped ones, and secure loose field pieces. Matching aged tile color is part of every repair we complete in Polk County.

Underlayment Failures

Most tile roof leaks in Mid Florida trace to aged underlayment, not the tiles themselves. We lift tiles, replace deteriorated felt or peel-and-stick membrane, and relay the field. This restores the true waterproof barrier beneath the tile.

Valley and Flashing Details

Tile valleys and sidewall flashing collect debris and wear out faster here. We clear channels, reseal metal, and replace failed flashing under the tile. These details stop the leaks that show up far from the actual entry point.

  • Replacement of cracked clay and concrete roof tiles
  • Underlayment repair beneath existing tile fields
  • Valley and sidewall flashing restoration on tile roofs

Chimney Roof Leak Repair 07
Chimney Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Chimney Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Chimney roof leak repair in Mid Florida stops water that enters at the flashing, cap, or masonry itself. Weatherproof Roofing Inc seals chimney leaks on homes in Lakeland, Plant City, and Winter Haven, where driving rain finds every gap. We repair counterflashing, crown cracks, and brick spalling so your chimney stops staining ceilings.

Flashing and Counterflashing

Chimney flashing is the top leak source we find in Mid Florida. We replace rusted step flashing, reset counterflashing into the mortar joint, and seal the base. Proper flashing directs water around the chimney instead of into your attic.

Crown and Cap Repairs

Cracked chimney crowns absorb Mid Florida rain and drip it down the flue. We rebuild crowns with flexible sealant, replace damaged caps, and add spark screens. These fixes stop the slow leaks that rot framing over time.

Masonry Waterproofing

Porous brick and mortar wick water during Florida's rainy season. We apply breathable masonry sealer that repels rain while letting the chimney dry. This prevents spalling and the interior stains common in older Polk County homes.

  • Step and counterflashing replacement at the chimney base
  • Crown rebuilding and chimney cap installation
  • Breathable masonry sealer to stop brick water absorption
  • Flue and spark screen replacement for safety

Skylight Leak Repair 08
Skylight Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Skylight Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Skylight leak repair in Mid Florida fixes the seals and flashing that fail under constant sun and heavy rain. Weatherproof Roofing Inc reseals and replaces leaking skylights on homes in Lakeland, Auburndale, and Davenport. Condensation, cracked curbs, and worn gaskets are common culprits we correct before water reaches your ceiling.

Curb and Flashing Seals

Skylight curbs on Mid Florida roofs take direct sun that dries out sealant. We remove failed caulk, reset flashing, and apply UV-rated sealant around the entire curb. This stops the perimeter leaks that show up as ceiling rings.

Gasket and Glass Failures

Aged gaskets and cracked glazing let water through even when the flashing is sound. We replace failed seals and damaged glass units with energy-efficient replacements. This restores both weathertightness and daylight in Winter Haven homes.

Condensation vs Leaks

Not every skylight drip in Mid Florida is a roof leak. Poor ventilation causes condensation that mimics leaks. We diagnose the true cause, improve attic airflow if needed, and seal genuine roof leaks at the source.

  • Curb flashing resealing with UV-rated materials
  • Gasket and glazing replacement for failed skylights
  • Condensation diagnosis and attic ventilation checks
  • Full skylight replacement when repair is not viable

Emergency Roof Tarping in Mid Florida

Emergency roof tarping in Mid Florida protects your home when storms tear open shingles, tiles, or flat membrane. Weatherproof Roofing Inc deploys crews across Lakeland, Plant City, and Winter Haven to secure damaged roofs fast. Our tarps shed rain, limit interior damage, and buy time for permanent repairs after the storm passes.

Fast Deployment After Storms

When a hurricane or severe thunderstorm hits Mid Florida, we mobilize quickly. Crews tarp exposed areas before the next rain band arrives. Fast action limits water intrusion and protects the interior while permanent repairs are scheduled.

Proper Tarp Installation

A tarp only works if it is anchored correctly. We overlap edges, secure with battens and cap nails, and weight the perimeter. This keeps Mid Florida wind from ripping tarps loose before repairs begin.

Insurance Documentation

We photograph all storm damage before tarping for your insurance claim. Detailed images of missing shingles, tile, and decking support your adjuster review. This documentation helps Mid Florida homeowners get fair settlements after severe weather.

Roof Underlayment Repair 10
Roof Underlayment Repair in Mid Florida

Roof Underlayment Repair in Mid Florida

Roof underlayment repair in Mid Florida restores the secondary water barrier beneath shingles and tile. Weatherproof Roofing Inc replaces deteriorated felt and peel-and-stick membrane on homes in Lakeland, Winter Haven, and Bartow. Because Florida heat and humidity age underlayment quickly, this repair stops leaks that appear even when the top layer looks fine.

Signs of Failed Underlayment

Widespread leaks, dark decking, and granule loss often signal failed underlayment in Mid Florida. We inspect attics and roof decks for moisture staining. Catching deterioration early prevents rot that spreads through the roof structure.

Synthetic vs Felt Options

We install synthetic underlayment engineered for Florida's heat and humidity. It resists tearing, holds up to wind-driven rain, and outlasts traditional felt. This upgrade protects Mid Florida homes far longer between roof replacements.

Targeted Section Replacement

When damage is localized, we replace only the failed underlayment sections. This saves cost while restoring the water barrier in affected areas. We match the existing material and relay shingles or tile over the new membrane.

  • Full underlayment inspection beneath shingles and tile
  • Synthetic membrane installation rated for Florida humidity
  • Targeted section replacement to control repair costs
  • Deck inspection for rot before new underlayment goes down

How We Execute Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Every Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida starts with a proper inspection, not a guess. We climb the roof, check the attic if there is access, and use a moisture meter and inspection camera to trace the water to its source.

Afternoon thunderstorms dump heavy rain fast

Mid Florida gets intense, short-duration rain that finds every weak point in flashing and pipe boots. A small leak can turn into a ceiling stain in one storm season.

How we help: We prioritize permanent repairs over patches. New flashing, new pipe boots, and proper sealant mean the next storm does not put you back on the phone. For active leaks, we tarp first and repair as soon as the roof is dry enough to work safely.

Older shingle roofs with worn underlayment

A lot of Mid Florida homes have shingle roofs that are 15 to 25 years old. The shingles may still be intact while the underlayment underneath has already failed, which means leaks show up in places that look fine from the ground.

How we help: We check underlayment condition during every inspection. If the underlayment is the problem, we remove the shingles in that area, replace the underlayment, and reinstall the shingles. It costs more than a patch, but it fixes the leak instead of chasing it.

UV exposure dries out seals and boots

Central Florida sun is hard on rubber, caulk, and sealant. Pipe boots crack, skylight seals shrink, and flashing sealant pulls away from the metal. These are the leaks we see most often in Mid Florida.

How we help: We use UV-rated sealants like Geocel and DAP, and we replace rubber pipe boots rather than trying to caulk over a cracked one. We also check every seal and boot on the roof during an inspection, not just the one that is leaking now.

Recent work in Mid Florida

Recent Roof Leak Repair Results in Mid Florida

These are real jobs we have done in the Mid Florida area. We are not going to tell you every repair is the same, because it is not. What we can show you is the kind of work we do, what it takes, and what the outcome looks like when the leak is fixed properly instead of patched.

01 Downtown Mid Florida

The problem

A homeowner near downtown Mid Florida had a ceiling stain that kept growing after every storm, even though the shingles looked fine from the ground.

What we did

We inspected the attic and found water tracking along a rafter from a failed pipe boot on the back slope. The boot was cracked and the underlayment around it was saturated. We replaced the pipe boot, cut out and replaced the wet underlayment section, and sealed it with Geocel.

The result

The leak stopped completely. The homeowner monitored the ceiling for two weeks after the next rain and reported no new moisture. Total job time was three hours.

02 Highway 27 Corridor

The problem

A commercial building on the Highway 27 corridor had a flat roof leak that was pooling water near a drain and dripping into the stockroom.

What we did

The EPDM membrane had separated at a seam near the drain. We cleaned the area, applied butyl tape and flashing tape to the seam, and resealed the drain collar. We also cleared debris from the drain to prevent future ponding.

The result

The stockroom stayed dry through the next two storms. The repair cost a fraction of a membrane replacement and has held for over a year.

03 Lakefront Area

The problem

A lakefront home had water coming in around a skylight every time it rained hard, and the drywall around the skylight was starting to show water damage.

What we did

The skylight curb flashing had pulled away and the seal around the glass was brittle. We removed the old flashing, replaced it with new metal flashing, and resealed the skylight frame. We also checked the surrounding shingles for damage and replaced two that had cracked.

The result

No leaks after the repair. The homeowner painted over the old water stain and the drywall dried out without needing replacement. Job took four hours.

Common Roof Leak Problems in Mid Florida

Mid Florida roofs deal with a specific set of problems that come from the climate and the building stock. The heat and UV exposure break down sealants and rubber faster here than in cooler parts of the country. The afternoon storms push water against flashing and underlayment in ways that find every weak point. And a lot of the homes here have roofs that are old enough that the underlayment is reaching the end of its life. These are the four problems we see most often.

01

Pipe boot leaks on aging shingle roofs

Why it happens: The rubber boot around a plumbing vent pipe dries out and cracks under constant UV exposure. Once it cracks, water runs down the pipe and into the attic. This is the single most common leak we find in Mid Florida.

Our approach: We replace the failed boot with a new EPDM rubber boot and seal it properly. We also check the surrounding shingles and underlayment for damage while we are on the roof, so we do not have to come back for a second leak in the same area.

02

Flashing failure at chimneys and walls

Why it happens: Flashing takes a lot of abuse from wind and rain. The sealant around it dries out, the metal can lift, and water gets behind it. Chimney step flashing and wall flashing are the two spots we see fail most often in Mid Florida.

Our approach: We remove the old flashing, inspect the underlayment beneath it, and install new metal flashing sealed with a UV-rated product like Geocel. We do not just caulk over the old flashing and hope it holds.

03

Underlayment failure under intact shingles

Why it happens: Shingles can look fine while the underlayment underneath has already deteriorated. This happens on roofs that are 15 to 25 years old. Water gets through the shingles and the failed underlayment, and you end up with a leak that does not make sense based on how the roof looks.

Our approach: We check underlayment condition during every inspection. If it has failed, we remove the shingles in that area, replace the underlayment, and reinstall the shingles. It is more work than a patch, but it actually fixes the leak.

04

Flat roof leaks at seams and drains

Why it happens: Flat roofs on commercial buildings and carports leak at the seams where the membrane sheets meet and around drains and penetrations. Heat cycling causes the membrane to expand and contract, which stresses the seams over time.

Our approach: We clean the seam, apply butyl tape and flashing tape, and reseal it with the right product for the membrane type. If the membrane is too far gone, we tell you that instead of patching something that will fail again in a year.

Mid Florida through the year

How Seasons Affect Roof Leak Repair in Mid Florida

Roof leaks in Mid Florida do not follow the same calendar as leaks in other parts of the country. Our rainy season runs from late spring through early fall, and that is when most active leaks show up. Hurricane season overlaps with it, which means storm damage and wind-driven rain are part of the picture from June through November. The dry months are when we do a lot of preventive repairs, because that is when homeowners have time to deal with the small stuff before the rain comes back.

Spring

Spring is when the rainy season starts ramping up. The first big storms of the year often find leaks that developed over the dry winter. Pipe boot cracks and flashing failures that were not a problem in dry weather suddenly start letting water in.

Tip: Get your roof inspected in early spring before the afternoon storms start. A pipe boot replacement now is cheaper than a ceiling repair later.

Summer

Summer is peak leak season in Mid Florida. Afternoon thunderstorms drop heavy rain in a short time, and hurricane season is underway. This is when we get the most emergency calls for active leaks, missing shingles, and storm damage.

Tip: If you see a ceiling stain after a summer storm, call us right away. Water damage gets worse fast in the heat, and mold can start within 48 hours.

Fall

Fall is still hurricane season, and the storms can be just as strong as they are in summer. The difference is that the rain is often more sustained. That means leaks that were minor in the summer can become major problems in the fall.

Tip: Check your attic after every storm for signs of water. If you find moisture, call us before the next storm hits. We can tarp it if the leak is active.

Winter

Winter is the dry season in Mid Florida, which makes it the best time for preventive repairs and inspections. The leaks that developed over the summer are easier to find and fix when the roof is dry. This is also when we do a lot of underlayment repairs.

Tip: Schedule a roof inspection in the winter. We can find and fix small problems before the spring rains come back and turn them into big ones.

Most roof leak repairs in Mid Florida run a few hundred dollars for a simple fix like a pipe boot replacement, and more for flashing or underlayment repairs that involve removing and reinstalling shingles. Flat roof repairs vary based on the membrane type and the size of the affected area. We give you a written estimate before we start, and the price does not change unless we find something different once we are on the roof.

A standard pipe boot or flashing repair takes two to four hours on site. Underlayment repairs take longer, usually a full day, because we have to remove the shingles, replace the underlayment, and reinstall everything. Tile roof repairs take longer than shingle repairs because of the care required to remove and reset the tiles. We give you a time estimate when we quote the job.

We can tarp an active leak in the rain to stop the water from coming in, but we do not do permanent repairs on a wet roof. Sealants and flashing need a dry surface to bond properly. The process is usually tarp first, then come back and do the permanent repair once the weather clears. We aim to have a tarp on your roof the same day you call.

Yes. We run emergency calls 24/7 for active leaks and storm damage in Mid Florida. If water is coming through your ceiling, call us and we will prioritize your call. We carry tarps and sealant on every truck so we can stabilize the roof immediately and schedule the permanent repair as soon as possible.

If water is actively dripping, you can see daylight through the attic, or you have a ceiling stain that grows after every storm, the leak is serious enough to call. Small leaks do not stay small in Mid Florida. The heat and rain make them worse fast. A pipe boot leak that costs a few hundred dollars to fix today can turn into a ceiling and insulation repair if you wait.
